Our Equipment :

We provide state-of-the-art sound systems which can deliver up to 1,690 watts of power.  Not only does the system provide studio quality sound, it does so with sound enhancements that boost the booming bass and vocals to levels that no home system can match. Each venue is carefully planned to provide the right levels without the often abused loudness. Many DJ's pump up the volume way beyond comfortable levels just because they can. We do not.  Each setup is sound tested to preset the maximum levels before anybody arrives.

Sound processing brings songs from the past into a new listening environment. Much more than conventional equalizers, our maximizers and effects processors can also simulate large auditoriums or quiet lounge atmospheres.  Hearing what comes out of the speaker cannot get any closer to the real thing. 

Wireless microphones with feedback elimination assure that when crowd participation is required, the system does what it is supposed to do without ear bashing feedback. 

Our lighting truss elevates to ten feet above stage level and incorporates the latest in DMX digital controlled lighting effects.  Mood lighting brings the senses to a new level. Low level flood lighting for that special slow dance will instantly change to beat synchronized pulses for the right disco dance. The controller programs the lighting effects to the music and is carefully choreographed to suit the desired atmosphere. High output LED and wave pattern appliances provide reliable and cool lighting. The dance floor dazzles with a wide range of effects.  

Know what you are getting before you sign the DJ's contract:

"Our system is second to none".  We use professional grade audio equipment from Denon, Numark, BBE, Lexicon, Sonic, Peavey. and Sabine. And, our lighting equipment includes special appliances from Chauvet and American DJ. These names are probably not  familiar to our clients, but when they see and hear what the system will do in performance, they know it wasn't purchased at the local discount store.  The system can be driven manually by the DJ or automatically controlled by the computer.  Why use such expensive equipment? Simple. A wedding reception or corporate party cannot be the culprit of a system failure. By using reliable "professional" grade equipment and designing backup features into the system, the likelihood of a failure is minimized. 

Failure is not an option.

Consider these extremely unlikely "on-site" failures:

Scenario #1: The main CD player unit fails. Solution: Our second built-in CD player can run in stand-alone mode.

Scenario #2: The left main speaker blows: Solution: Our speakers can single handedly run both channels.

Scenario #3: The entire DJ console smokes: Solution: Our separate computer with its full audio processing can run alone.

Scenario #4: The  DMX lighting controller fails. Solution: Our lighting system is capable of running solo  in "sound" active mode. 

Scenario #5: The local power surges. Solution: Our system has built-in power protection. 

In any of the above scenarios, if the failure is detected before going "live", our inventory of equipment can replace the problem. 

Plus, if the client does not need all the equipment, or the budget is tight, we can simply use any of the components to make it fit. 

We may not be the cheapest gig in town, but we strive to be the best. Our every effort is focused on the crowd and their entertainment.  We don't just play music. We provide the atmosphere too.  Our music library contains thousands of the popular hits of the last 50 years.
