Video Program Support FAQ Q. When trying to play the DVD, the video skips or locks up. A. For a short period of production, we used a white "stick-on" label on DVD's. We have discovered that over time as the adhesive dries, the shrinkage causes some DVD's to warp. This causes playback problems on some players. If you are experiencing this problem, please email us and we will gladly replace the disks.
